Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using CrisisConnect, you agree to these terms. CrisisConnect is operated by CrisisConnect Limited, registered in Kentucky, USA.

2. The service

CrisisConnect provides modular operational software for nonprofits and community organizations on a subscription basis. Access is provided via web browser at app.crisisconnect.us.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with third parties or use the platform for purposes other than your organization's operations.

4. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All billing is handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD for US customers. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data and privacy

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, or to enter false or misleading information.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

CrisisConnect Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. By using CrisisConnect you agree to this governing law regardless of where you are located, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory local law.
