Overview
All CrisisConnect subscriptions are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. All prices for US customers are in USD.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Billing errors
If you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any errors promptly. Confirmed overcharges will be refunded in full.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of the platform. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Technical issues
If a significant technical issue prevents you from using the platform for an extended period, we will consider a credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
