Built by people who
do this work.
CrisisConnect started with a problem that every community organization recognizes — and a founder who decided to solve it.
It started with a spreadsheet problem
Community organizations run food pantries, digital inclusion sessions, volunteer programs, and befriending services. For years, they run everything in spreadsheets. It works until it doesn’t.
Consolidating data for funders takes days. Reporting on outcomes is mostly guesswork. There’s no easy way to see who’s coming back, what’s working, or where the gaps are. Good software for small nonprofits and community groups is either too expensive, too generic, or built for a different kind of organization entirely.
So we built it. What started as an internal tool for a community organization in the UK is now a full platform — live in production, with real organizations and real data behind it. We’re now bringing it to the United States, starting in Logan and Warren Counties, Kentucky.
Why we’re starting here
Logan and Warren Counties are home to thousands of food-insecure residents — and the organizations responding to that need are doing vital work with limited resources and almost no operational infrastructure.
CrisisConnect gives those organizations the tools to record what they’re doing, report to their funders, and connect with each other. We’re building those relationships in Logan and Warren Counties first, then expanding across Kentucky and beyond.
Our US team brings direct, personal experience of navigating the community support system as recipients — not as observers. That matters when you’re building tools for organizations that serve people in the same situation.
Food pantries & food banks
foodConnect handles visits, member records, and funder reports — in seconds, not hours.
Digital inclusion programs
Track sessions, volunteers, and outcomes. Generate the evidence your funders need.
Community networks
Connect organizations across your region. Consent-led referrals. Regional intelligence for commissioners.
Built on a few simple principles
Nonprofit pricing
Community organizations shouldn’t pay enterprise prices. CrisisConnect is designed to be commercially sustainable at prices that actually work for small nonprofits and volunteer-run groups.
Practical over flashy
Every feature in CrisisConnect exists because a real organization needed it. We build what’s useful, not what looks impressive in a pitch deck.
Built by practitioners
The people behind CrisisConnect have worked in and alongside community organizations. We know what it’s like to need a funder report on Friday afternoon with nothing but a spreadsheet.
“Community organizations deserve better software — affordable, practical tools that let you spend time helping people rather than fighting spreadsheets.”Adam Taylor, Founder — CrisisConnect
