Where it started
digiConnect began in 2023 as a session-management app the CrisisConnect founder built for Lets Tech Together, because the right software simply didn't exist. When a local community center opening a food pantry saw the funder reports it could generate, they commissioned foodConnect — and the whole platform was born. It's still the module that captures digital-inclusion work end to end.
What it does
Schedule drop-in sessions across every venue you run — one-off or recurring on custom intervals — and confirm volunteer attendance and schedules for each one, so everyone knows where to be.
Track who is attending by category, gender and age range, and book, log and categorize home visits for the people who can't get to a session. Every interaction is recorded against the person and the session as you go.
Because all of that is captured while you work, your funder report is a single click — built from operational data you were collecting anyway, not a weekend of spreadsheet archaeology at year end. These are the reports that started everything.
